Shipping & Returns

Shipping currently available to US and Canada
All orders are expected to ship out within 1-2 days business days unless unforeseen events happen or we have issues with your address.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout as this will create a longer wait time for your shipping if it has to be corrected.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 
 
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unused/unopened Lashes or product in its original condition within 15 days of shipment date.
If any item or lash has been used, the product is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • You will be responsible for shipping cost on all returns/exchanges.

  • Any exchanges will be subject to a $5 shipping and handling fee.

You will be refunded any cost within 1-3 days after return is received.
